Oh my God! I've met an older version of me! Ok weird story, I'm crap at telling stories and usually miss the plot but bare with me for a minute here. I was in the waiting room at the doctors earlier and heard this woman talking about the same thing I have (not telling you, might get stalkers bla bla bla... dont know how the stalker thing would work on this occasion, but whatever) so I decided to talk to her. Turns out she's me about 10 years older! Cancelling/postponing appointments, ignoring letters from the doctor, scared of heights, doesnt like lifts, into aromatherapy and holistic approaches instead of science, curly hair, scared of needles (and you're thinking 'but you got a tattoo...'), ooo and our names start with Mo, have an I in the middle and end with A. Ok maybe it's something you had to be there for.

I finally got a tattoo! After years of doodling on my body with permanent markers (no, i didnt stop doing that when I was 12) I finally got the courage to get one done hehehe. Not telling you what it is cos I might get recognized on the street and get stalkers. It's on my lower back though.

Sooo, fun's over. Got tons of work to do. Ah here's a tip for anyone wanting to get a tattoo but scared it might hurt - writing essays hurts more. You know what else hurts more? Getting your eyebrows waxed, hitting your elbow on a doorframe, walking in high heel strappy sandals all night, etc. Today's song is 'ever fallen in love' by The Buzzcocks, and Andy's choice for today is 'for those about to rock (we salute you)' by AC/DC. Er, helloooo?! Am I missing something here? Why does no one else seem to stand up for what they believe in and express it with words/anger/rants?!

Can anyone tell me how Huntington's 'clash of civilisation' theory has anything to do with advertising, please? Surely if I'm the customer I get to choose what I want to study and pick something related to what I actually want to do. Also, can anyone explain how people are suddenly supposed to know how to critically analyse an article without having being taught how to do so? So you pay a fortune to be taught things, but all you get is a power point presentation and you have to do all the reading/research/learning yourself. University is seriously up, as is society in general. I could buy books and teach myself and learn as much, but what really matters is the little paper that says you've done the course, which is what we're really paying for. And no one else seems to care.

Woooo! I did it, I did it! I passed all my exams!! Be proud of me, even if you have no idea who I am! I'm very proud of myself indeed, all that revision sucked BIG TIME but at least it was worth it. I guess I'm not going to Thailand to sell beads on a beach anymore... But like Kirsty said, not until the summer anyway! Hum... I'll worry about the summer exams another time.

So! I'm all happy now, it's been a great day. It's sunny and I'm clever and the men are finally trimming those bushes that scratch my car when we drive into my road and my flat smells of incense AND I'm gonna have fun later!!

Uh oh I'm not in a good mood. My hair is mental and I refuse to leave the house. Not even the GHDs managed to fix it, in fact they just made it worse. Normally I'd wear a hat, but who wears a wooly hat when it's sunny and hot?! Not me. I dont do hats, no no, they make me look 5.

So, I shall have a nice day and try to avoid the texts/phone calls from people wondering where I am. OR I could go somewhere and give myself a long weekend break. Or not. Ooo tomorrow night is gonna be fun, friend's 20th birthday...partyyy! I'm gonna dress like a girl and everything! All hail the pink sparkly shoes ahhhh! God that sounds gay.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, the most commercial day of the year. Yippee!! Can you sense some sarcasm in the air? Wake up and smell the marketing, people! Tsk. Ok ok I'm a softie, pink and white roses together just do it for me, or any pink/colourful flowers for that matter. Yes I had to be different.

So! What have I been up tooo... met up with my friend and did a bit of shopping and had something to eat, and a little gossip of course! Hehehe. And I also made it to a seminar, I'm very proud of myself for getting off my arse on a monday and doing something useful (other than dancing around my living room and listenning to the builders bang their hammers upstairs), just not used to it. Surely Mon-Days should be more fun! Actually, my mon-days are great. Juuuust perfect!

La la la. Had a nice day! Lunch with friends, didnt fall asleep in the lecture for once and bought new shoooes!! They're pink and they have stars on the side, very pretty!

So. Havent got much to say! Ooohh except I got my hair cut last night, which reminds me of a quote. "Ooo lets play beauticians, I've got wax!" Hehehe be scared.

My hamster, Bob, is a genius. He moved all the sawdust out of his little hut and made himself a very comfy looking crib on the corner of his cage. Ok I know all hamsters do that but mine is special. He's easily amused, like me. You know what they say about pets and their owners... OH! And Bella Brownie, yes also a hamster, is also very shrewd (like owner like pet ) , she managed to run away from her cage and go downstairs, come back upstairs, and stand up calmly staring at my parents while they frantically tried to get her back in the cage. Yes we superglued the cage, no worries. R.I.P. Kelso and her husband and babies.
