Cheerful as a pidgeon in the sky

As I realised a while ago, I have a knack for putting myself in sticky situations. Not like lying on a CV and then looking like an idiot when someone asks you to speak Finnish at a job interview; but just generally thinking that I can do it all. Normally I can, and I do, and I love it. And it's not like I could be without a job right now, but working two full days a week and then doing university work in between is driving me slightly insane. I usually get energy from being healthy but today green tea will be replaced by espresso. :zz:

The sky looks grey and my dog-child woke me up puking cos he'd eaten a plastic bone. Oh how I love morning cheer. Bring on the essays...

I know of what you speak!!! Molly G and Puddum P often eats bits of stuff and toss their cookies usually about 3, 4, 5am...

your week sounds a bit like mine.
i've got a two days a week job and am trying to cram in having a life, and doing an open university course as well.
it's worse than having a full time job!
