So, went to the dentist today. Big step, doing something like that in my new country. My flatmate took me, which was really sweet. One hour, a lot of drilling noise and 70 euros later, I had perfectly shiny, healthy teeth. Hurrah! I saved tons by doing it here instead of England. And the fact that the lady didn't speak English helped a lot, I mean, I have no idea what she said she was going to do but if I had I bet I would've ran out of the room.
Can't eat now. Kinda want a Big Mac, or even bigger veggie burger, just like I did after my op when I couldn't open my mouth. You can't do it, so naturally, you want to. Hmmm, burgers. Wonder if I can chew with only one side of my mouth and not let any food touch the other tooth... I was joking when I told the nurse that I was gonna make a milkshake of my dinner and then drink it with a straw, but she thought it was a brilliant idea and said I should do that. Great. Milkshook Vietnamese food, anyone?
Numb kisses and ineluctable slobber,
Mon xx
